    Coconut water, sugarcane juice, smoothies, herbal juice

    Sweet biscuits, creamed flour biscuits, noodle pasta, Marconi.
    Spicy or processed food
    All canned and packed food.
    Dried and frozen pulse
    Condensed milk, cream cheese, whole milk.
