Whole fruit should be preferred to fruit juices.

Practice yoga and meditation along with long inhalation and exhalation and pranayama for 15-20 minutes twice a day.

Consume a healthy and balanced diet.

Avoid skipping meals.

    Warm water with a pinch of saindhav namak aids in the removal of mucus from the respiratory tract, while a teaspoon of flaxseed mixed with Lukewarm water helps to empty the stomach.

  • Breakfast

    Broken wheat porridge (daliya)/ veg upma /veg vermicelli/ veg idli / brown bread sandwich / besan chilla/pancakes, oats, stuffed chapati with vegetables+ egg white part

  • Mid Morning

    Herbal tea

    Black pepper + mint + honey

    Ginger powder+ honey + tulsi leaves + dalchini

  • Lunch

    Chapati + + seasonal vegetable +dal+ boiled rice

  • Evening

    Sprouts /homemade soup/herbal tea

  • Dinner

    Chapati + vegetable +dal/khichadi /rice


  • Lifestyle changes

    Walk for at least 30 minutes in fresh air.

    Take proper sleep and adequate rest.

    Water intake should be limited to 7-8 glasses per day and should be taken a little warm or at room temperature only.

    White rice, corn, corn flour, refined flour, refined grains, canned fruits, tea, coffee, high fat milk, high intake of oily and spicy food, alcohol, all carbonated drinks, energy drinks, bakery products, cheese, cream, curd, condensed milk

    Orange, watermelon, banana, grapes, pineapple, okra, eggplant, beans, potato
