Joint pain can be caused by many types of injuries or conditions.

It may be linked to arthritis, bursitis, and muscle pain. No matter what causes it, joint pain can be very bothersome. Some things that can cause joint pain are: Autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.

Diet

    Early morning

    Wake up before sunrise

    Do sukshma vayama

    Drink herbal tea/Soaked methi water.

    Breakfast

    Vegetable daliya/ vegetable upma/vegetable idly/vegetable sewiyan/vegetable poha /stuffed prantha

    Mid morning

    Any mono-seasonal fruit/ salad/coconut water/smoothie

    Lunch

    2 chapatti/boiled brown rice/ seasonal vegetable/dal+curd

    Evening

    Green tea/herbal tea/ milk+ 5socked almonds+3 socked walnuts

    Dinner

    2 roti+dal+any seasonal vegetable

    Walk for atleast 30 minutes.

    Hot and cold compresses to relieve any joint pain / saindhav namak dry potli swedan

    Avoid skipping meals.

    Keep yourself hydrated

    Oatmeal/whole wheat/ whole grain bread/ all fruits except guava/papaya/ banana

    Cabbage, beans, turnips, spinach, cauliflower, all spices in limited amount

    Egg white portion
